It was a very pleasant stay, modest place. Its location in Otavalo was absolutely perfect, adjacent to general artisan market in the square and the bus terminal and markets, restaurants and shopping areas. We liked the dinner in nearby Tayta Wasi.

The location was wonderful and easy to access markets and shops. The front desk staff were very nice and breakfast was lovely. The interior design had a spacious feel and there were fun amenities like a pool table and foosball game.
It was all superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being near everything that you'd want, including the Indian market and restaurants. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The room was well decorated and clean, with daily cleaning service. The shower had plenty of hot water and soap/shampoo provided. Additionally, the hotel had excellent wifi.

We had a lovely family-style stay at a hotel in a superb location just one block from the main Plaza. The warm and friendly staff made us feel welcome and the large common areas and courtyards were perfect for socializing. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the reliable facilities like Wifi. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated the later checkout time. we had a pleasant experience at El Indio Inn.

The only thing that could make breakfast better would be more variety in the food options.

I recently stayed at Hotel El Indio Inn in Otavalo for a few nights with my spouse and parents. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel's location was superb, just a block away from the main Plaza and a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Ponchos, known for its famous market. The rooms were lovely and well decorated, and the common areas and courtyards were spacious for socializing. The facilities, including the reliable WiFi, were great. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the later checkout time was a big bonus.
Totally recommend this hotel.
